Stoiximan Agile Development / proposal

Stoiximan started when a group of five decided to become the leading Online Sports Betting and Casino operator in Greece.

In 2017, counting 200+ employees and enormous growth rates the need of a new approach to software development was already a fact.

Agile Development is an umbrella term for several iterative and incremental software development methodologies. They all involve continuous planning, continuous testing, continuous integration, and other forms of continuous evolution of both the project and the software. They are all lightweight, especially compared to traditional waterfall-style processes, and inherently adaptable. What is more important about agile methods is that they all focus on empowering people to collaborate and make decisions together quickly and effectively.

Our proposal utilizes the circle as the main spatial develolment tool. Its continuous self referenced nature propels the team collaboration and offers multiple alternative ways of reorganizing space according to specific needs. The complementary use of curtains, and other light weight remote dividing elements creates a continuous evolving dynamic space where innovation is being generated.
